Q. How do I join the Flight Club?
A. Setting up a Sample Subscription is quick and easy in the Confections App:
  1. Download the Confections App
  2. Select Order
  3. Select Flight Club Subscription
  4. Choose Delivery for your order type
  5. Choose Weekly or Monthly and the day & time. (Note: the time follows the store's regular operating hours based on the address you provide for delivery)
  6. Choose the product(s) you would like as part of your subscription
  7. Review Subscription, then proceed to Checkout (Note: you will not be asked to select flavours immediately. You will select the flavours each week starting Sunday night)
  8. Review payment details, then Place Order!
Q. How frequently can I schedule a Sample Subscription?
A. Subscriptions can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis. You can schedule a subscription order for 1 hour after the store has opened until 1 hour before the store closes.


For monthly, you will be able to select a recurring weekday for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month. Regular subscriptions for the 5th week of a month aren't currently available. 

Q. What do I do if I want my Samples Subscription earlier than it's scheduled for?
A. If you don't want to wait for your subscription date or week (if monthly), you can select Pickup Today or Deliver Today under the Confections app> More> Manage Subscriptions for immediate fulfillment! This will count toward your subscription order for the current week or month.
Q. Which flavors are available for the Sample Subscription?
A. You can choose from any weekly flavours offered in-store at the time the Subscription is fulfilled. From our chocolate chip and pink sugar to whatever else is available- you choose! Your bite selection defaults to a variety of weekly flavours. Enable notifications on the app to receive reminders to select your flavours!
Q. Can I choose the flavours I get for my order each week?
A. Yes! You can choose your flavours starting the Sunday night before your subscription until 6 hours prior to your order being fulfilled at the store. You will receive a Confections App push notification or SMS as a reminder and an email if you have added it to your app profile. Your Bites selection defaults to a variety of weekly flavors. Enable notifications on the app to receive reminders to select your flavours!

Simply go to the Confections App > More > Manage Subscriptions > Select Your Flavors to confirm your flavors for the week! 

Q. What happens if I forget to select my flavors for the week?
A. The selection for the subscription will default to a variety of the weekly flavours if not otherwise specified. Turn on your notifications to receive alerts to select your flavors each week!

Q. Can I use my Loyalty Crumbs to pay for my Taste Weekly Subscription?
A. No, you cannot use Loyalty Crumbs or digital gift cards for payment of your Taste Weekly Subscription at this time. However, you will certainly gain Loyalty Crumbs on each subscription order.
Q. What does it cost to subscribe?
A.There are no additional fees! In fact, you save 10% with a weekly subscription and 5% with a monthly subscription. 
Q. Can I set up a Sample Subscription for my business's regular catering order?
A. Unfortunately, not right now. But we are working on a new program for specific perks to businesses, so stay tuned! 

 

Q. Does the Sample Subscription come on the same day, time, and location every week/month?

A. Yes, but if you'd like to make any changes to your upcoming subscription order, you can do so up to 6 hours before your order is scheduled to be placed. Go to the Confetions App> More> Manage Subscriptions, then select the gear icon next to your subscription to make changes.
Q. Can I pause my Sample Subscription?
A. Sure! Weekly subscriptions can be paused for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. Monthly subscriptions can be paused for 1 month at a time. To pause your subscription, go to the Confections app> More> Manage Subscriptions, then select the gear icon next to your subscription. Click Pause Subscription and choose the time period you'd like to pause for.
Q. Can I pause my Sample Subscription more than once?
A.Yes, you can! You can do so each week by following the same processes listed above.
To pause your subscription, go to the Confections app> More> Manage Subcriptions, then select the gear icon next to your subscription. Click Pause Subscription and choose the time period you'd like to pause for.
QCan I cancel my Sample Subscription? 
A. Yes, you can update your subscription at any time up to 6 hours before your subscription is fulfilled. Please note that you won't be able to create another subscription for 14 days. If you'd like to pause or modify your existing subscription instead, go to the Crumbl App> More> Manage Subscriptions, then select the gear icon next to your subscription or select Pause Subscription. If you'd still like to continue with canceling your subscription, select Pause Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
Q. Is Sample Subscription available for Curbside? 
A. No, subscriptions are not currently available for Curbside.
Q. Is Sample Subscription available through Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats, GrubHub, etc?
A. No, subscriptions are only available through the Confections App.
