🌈 Happy Pride Month 🌈

Being in a relationship for the past 15 years I've learned more about myself than I have about my partner.

When we first met, I was very "closeted," in denial about my preference that I had no idea would look nothing like what I pictured for a lifelong partner. Fortunately, I struck the jackpot with someone who has stuck with me through it ALL. From coming out to my family, to overcoming personal struggles, my best friend has never given up on me and has always been a loving support for me, incredible dog-dad and the greatest blessing to ever enter my life and join my family.

I can't believe how far the world, and my community has come, but more importantly how far I have come. Every day I strive to be a better man, citizen, partner, friend and entrepreneur than I was the day before - and none of which would be possible if it weren't for my freedom to be myself, to be true to myself and to others and to live and love freely and if it weren't for the unconditional love and support from friends, my amazing boyfriend, and especially family.

While of course I hope that the Pride themed goodies I create produce bring joy to others, more importantly I hope that anyone how has heard my story stays motivated to believe in love, follow your heart, believe, be true, and good to yourself and don't hold back - never hold back from speaking your truth, tell those you love how you feel even though you think they already know it won't hurt to share with them a reminder, and lastly to live each day as if it were your last.

While I know I've made choices to spend time with people who some may think aren't my type, I find that everyone deserves love. We all have something special to share. I hope that no matter what letter of alphabet you identify with, if any, you are proud of who you are regardless of what anybody else thinks or says becauase you are special and if you want or need someone to talk to, please contact me anytime.
